The rooms were spacious and the shuttle to LAX was quick and convenient. The dinner options were limited and not great. Need better dining choices. Overall, a decent stay for families with kids.

The large rooms were perfect for our family. The free shuttle was quick and the staff was super friendly.
It wasn't cheap, but it was still reasonable for what we got.

Embassy Suites Los Angeles - International Airport/North is ideally located for quick airport access. The friendly staff made our stay pleasant, and we appreciated the complimentary breakfast. minor issues like room requests not being met and noise levels should be considered for future stays.

The bed was comfortable, providing decent support for a good night's sleep. Noise from aircraft and traffic was noticeable, but manageable. The temperature control worked effectively, allowing for a cozy environment despite the chilly draft from the balcony door that poorly sealed. The floor was sticky, making it unpleasant to go barefoot. The bathroom towel hook was loose, which was inconvenient. A limited breakfast selection meant we had a disappointing experience each morning. The room layout was spacious but not ideal for my daughter post-surgery due to the lack of adequate flexibility in room options or support for our needs.

Close to LAX with a quick shuttle service. The evening reception lacked snacks and the breakfast options were limited. Noisy A/C and street traffic can be bothersome. Spacious family suites available, which is a plus. Parking is costly at $60 per night.

Great indoor pool and free shuttle, but breakfast was disappointing with plastic cutlery.

This hotel is wonderfully situated just a short ride from the airport, making it super convenient for travelers, while also offering a 24/7 shuttle service to SoFi Stadium for those attending events, so you can easily enjoy the excitement without any hassle. There are also great nearby dining options within a few steps, and the comfortable rooms paired with a welcoming atmosphere made my stay enjoyable. Although the breakfast variety could use some improvement after a few days, the overall experience was fantastic.

I was shocked by the state of our room—there were stains on the bathroom mirror that looked like blood! Plus, no one picked up at the front desk, and we were stuck with a broken remote. Unreal for the price!

Strong match for a transient visit in Los Angeles with great value for money. Excellent breakfast was a nice surprise.

The spacious room was a highlight, with a comfortable bed and free snacks adding extra comfort. The quick check, in and beautiful, airy atrium for breakfast added to the positive experience. The location near the airport made getting to and from the hotel hassle, free.
The check, in staff seemed uninterested and unprofessional, causing delays and frustration. The shuttle service was also disappointing, with a driver displaying a negative attitude and unsafe driving.

The notification was lost in the details; I found out too late. the room was comfortable, and check-in was smooth. Mr Joseph at reception was notably hospitable. The location is prime, and breakfast exceeded expectations. Prompt service for amenities was appreciated, especially the delicious orange chicken. noise from the street was bothersome, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable. The 8 PM pool curfew was disregarded, and hidden fees were a hassle at checkout. Breakfast timing was misleading. An onsite restaurant would elevate dining options instead of subpar takeout. There’s solid potential here, but attention to detail is vital.

The lobby area impresses with its cleanliness and charm. The airport shuttle service is quick and reliable, making it easy to catch flights.
The check-in experience felt rushed and lacking warmth.

The room was spacious and the bed extremely comfortable, perfect for a quick stay. Breakfast was decent, though the plastic utensils felt cheap. The staff, while clearly busy, were friendly and helpful. I appreciated the close proximity to the rental car center, which made our morning departure smoother, but I did have issues with unexpected charges and a lack of proper communication regarding amenities. The bar lacked staffing during happy hour, leaving guests waiting. Oddly, I found it unsettling that snacks were dropped off in my room without my presence.

Umami Burger elevated my taste buds. Visited Staples Center, felt like a VIP. Hosted a fabulous event. Late check-out felt like a royal perk. Sam's Crispy Chicken is a must!
Missing hot water for 2 hours was a luxury I couldn't get enough of.

My family and I had a blast at the iconic SoFi Stadium, the vibrant home of the Rams and Chargers. The atmosphere was electric, and the kids were thrilled to see their favorite teams play live , definitely a must, visit for sports enthusiasts!
My wife says that child, friendly activities could be expanded.

So, my recent stay at Embassy Suites had its ups and downs. The ironing facilities in the room were pretty handy, especially for someone like me who needs wrinkle-free clothes. the heating and air conditioning left much to be desired. The room was either too hot or too cold, and the A/C seemed to struggle to keep the temperature comfortable. On the bright side, the sitting area in the room was cozy and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. I appreciated the free toiletries provided, although I did wish there were more options available. The AM/FM alarm clock was a nice touch for ensuring I woke up on time for my plans. The flat-screen TV was a good source of entertainment, but the curtains in the room weren't doing a great job of blocking out light and noise, which made it a bit challenging to get a good night's sleep. I did take advantage of room service during my stay, but unfortunately, my order took longer than expected to arrive, and some items were missing. The dry cleaning service was efficient, though, and it was convenient to have shops and commercial services on-site. I also made use of the laundry facilities, which were handy for refreshing my clothes during my trip. The free airport shuttle was a nice perk, although there was a bit of a wait for it to arrive. my experience at Embassy Suites had its positives and negatives. I hope this personal insight helps you in making your travel decisions!

the suite was spacious and included a sitting area and dining table with a microwave and fridge. the linen and towels were of luxurious quality, and the hot breakfast was a delightful addition to our stay. the shuttle service to the airport took less than 15 minutes, making our travel smooth and convenient.
Nothing for me 🙂

Went to SoFi Stadium to cheer on our teams, had a blast! Free breakfast fueled our adventures. The staff were chill, and the room had a sick view. Shuttle made it easy to get around, and the vibe was totally rad!
Gimme a better party spot with live music or a cool DJ at night for us teens to kick it and keep the party vibes going! .

I chose Embassy Suites for its convenient location near the Los Angeles Air Force Base, but was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary wireless internet access and the customized event planning services offered. Additionally, the unique dining experiences at Umami Burger and Krispy Rice made my stay even more enjoyable. The free to-go breakfast and roundtrip airport shuttle were convenient amenities that added great value to my trip.
Unfulfilled requests for extra bedding and room service, as well as a malfunctioning TV check-out option, were minor inconveniences. Additionally, there was a persistent water noise in the bathroom area.

During my stay at this hotel, I was impressed by the range of amenities and the friendly staff. The free airport shuttle made traveling to and from the hotel a breeze, and for those who wanted to explore the area, there was a rental car service just across the street. The hotel also offered a delicious free breakfast in the morning and a happy hour in the evening. The room was spacious and comfortable, with modern furnishings and a cozy bed. All in all, it was a great value for the price and provided everything I needed for a relaxing stay.
The only issue I encountered during my stay was when trying to reach housekeeping or room service. The phone seemed to ring endlessly without anyone picking up.
Excellent
